CONDITIONS
* The personal details registration of each participant is obligatory.
* The participant minimum age is 16 years old.
* WaveXperience reserves the right to make modifications, but only if these modifications do not change the essential services being offered, due to unexpected or beyond our company controllable situations.
* Booking changes depend on an availability and involve a surcharge of 20€, due to administrative reasons. You will receive a booking change, once the surcharge is paid.
* Permission of use images from your stay at WaveXperience only for publicity or promotional purposes: web site, flyers, brochures,…
* Contribution as participant with Camp duties, for example: helping out the kitchen team with the preparation and cleaning up the meals (once a week); cleaning the tents after its use, etc.
* Customer must be physically fit and capable to swim. The client confirms that from a medical point of view, there is nothing that prevents him/her to exercise the sport of surfing or bodyboard. We require that you communicate us any considered aspects: allergies, disabilities, medical incapacities etc.
* The transfer service offered by WaveXperience will be carried out on Saturdays between 11ºº and 16ºº o’clock (we might consider some exception, but always upon request and with our confirmation). The transfer service is subject to availability. We recommend you to ask for this service when filling out the online form or as soon as possible. The transfer price will be paid in cash at the pick up. Do not forget that this price is for one way. The price is shared between the passengers. Dax: 30 €; Biarritz: 50€; San Sebastián: 80€.
* Each customer is responsible of the WaveXperience’s equipment during its use, and accepts the responsibility to replace it in case of lost or serious damage. The customer has to pay the lost or damaged equipment which automatically becomes property of the customer.
* A 25€ deposit in cash is required per person on the day of arrival to the Camp, in order to ensure a good treatment to the tents during your stay at WaveXperience. This deposit will be refunded, if the tent is returned clean and in the same conditions as received, on the check out day.
* The excursions and trips we offer are not included in the total Camp price. They depend on a minimum number of participants and on availability. These reasons can lead to a cancellation of the previous.
* Minors (under eighteens) have to obey and listen to the instructions of our team and behave according to the laws established by the European Union. Deliberate misbehaviour and disobeying the established rules will result in a warning and contacting the parents or tutors. In case of a repetitive misbehaviour the result will be the exclusion of the camp in which case no money will be refunded and no responsibilities for further upcoming costs be taken.
* In order to accept any less than 18 years old participant, documents establishing the responsibilities and duties of the company and an authorisation latter will be send to the parents or tutors to be singed. WaveXperience is only responsible for the participants during the surf and bodyboard courses.
CANCELATIONS
The cancellation will be valid the day we receive it. Due to administrative reasons and expenses, we will never refund the total amount of the booking.
* We will return you 75% of the total amount, when the cancellation is made one month before the start of the Surf Camp.
* We will return you 50% of the total amount, when the cancellation is produced until two weeks before Surf Camp start.
* With less than two weeks before the start of the Surf Camp, we do not refund.
* We recommend to contact a travel insurance
Responsibilities
WaveXperience dos not accept any responsibilities and pay backs in following circumstances.
* When the client is responsible for the incorrect delivery of the services
* When the defective services are due to third parties or occur in an unpredictable manner.
* When the services can not be provided, due to "force major" or circumstances beyond the control of the company. These are unusual and unpredictable circumstances with unexpected consequences such as natural disasters or metrological aspects etc.
* When the incorrect delivery of the services is caused by happenings Wavexperience nce took all the diligences for, but still could neither be predicted nor prevented.
* When happenings outside the camp, during the travel to and from the camp and outside of course schedule or without surveillance occur.
* Clients have to listen to the instructions of our staff and follow Wavexpereince regulations. In case of not doing so and behaving irresponsible the company will take the necessary measurements, prior notification, such as the exclusion of the camp or the courses.
Insurance
For medical assistance during your stay at WaveXperience, each client ought to have:

Country of Jurisdiction: Spain
By paying the services at the camp you automatically accept the previous terms and conditions.
