ABOUT THE SURF CAMP

LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS

The diversity of Morocco's coast, with its variety of beaches, point breaks and reefs and their constant swell throughout the winter offer beginners, advanced and even professionals is perfect to learn how to surf. Taghazout is located about 20km north of Agadir and has been a place for surfing over 30 years. Anchor Point is one of Taghazout most famous and above all the best surf spot in the region. Tamraght is located about 4km south of Taghazout. Tamraght is a quieter place to stay, although that is also based here for several years, surf camps, so that tourists and locals mingle in the streets. Agadir has a lot to offer. Souks (markets), a long sandy beach with a beach promenade, many restaurants and cafes, shops of all kinds and a nightlife lives with clubs and bars for every taste. 

CAMP CHARACTER

Morocco surf holiday is the first and only surf school, which specializes in surfing holiday with children in Morocco. Our primary concern is to give families with children the opportunity to meet like-minded people and experience a wonderful holiday in Morocco. 
Since we are a German / Moroccan family with a 1 1 / 2 year old daughter and both surfers ourselves, we know exactly what it takes on a family holiday. Our program is designed so that each family member gets their moneys worth. We offer family-friendly accommodation with cooking facilities and have everything from cribs, strollers or car seats for children, to the organization of small, family-friendly trips around the country.
And best of all surf While mom and dad go, the kids play together on the beach or make small trips and activities with a caregiver who is herself a mother and teacher. There are also babysitting in the evening on request.
Children who can swim and at least 6 years of age may make us their first surfing experience and attend a surfing lesson with one of our licensed instructors. Fun and safety are our priority - our instructors are in possession of a current German Lifeguard certificate.

ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING

ACCOMMODATION TYPES

In our Auberge in Tamraght we offer you single, double, triple rooms with breakfast and dinner. On the large roof terrace you can fill up the sun and have views of spots such as Banana Beach, Devils Rock and CrouCrou situated within walking distance of your accommodation.

In Taghazout we offer you apartments of 2 - 6 persons, situated by the sea. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms (double and single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room with TV and internet. From the living room you have access to your balcony which over looks Hash Point (located right outside your door) to Anchor Point, Taghazout Beach and Panorama. A large community terrace offers the opportunity for a barbecue and more.

Our Appatments at Anchor Point can accommodate 2-max 4 persons. The apartments are tastefully decorated and feature a bedroom and a large fully equipped kitchen with TV, internet and safe. The balcony or terrace offering unparalleled views of the
popular surfing spot Anchor Point.

Here at Morocco surf holidays we are passinate about what we do . we want you have the best surf exprenice ever. 
Get theoretical but mainly practical course instruction by our professional licensed Surf coach .Its all about fun but safety will be top priority!
Search with their instructors work together to improve the best spot of the day for their surfing level. 
Use our Surf Spot & Guiding supply and surf with our local guide to the best waves, Morocco has to offer. Is known as your surf guide a "local" is herescape the problem that "localism". 
Children are under the motto "fun & safety". Children who have the desire to make us their first surfingexperienceshould be at least 6 years old and can swim well. For all kids who are too young to surf our offer, it is of course a program under the supervision of a professional child-minder!

Trips to Agadir, Paradise Valley and The waterfall of Imouzzer, to Essaouira and Marrakech offers you the wonderful opportunity to get to know the country and people of Morocco.

Characterization of surroundings/region

Taghazout, the small fishing village, has lots of small cafes, restaurants, shops, surf shops and Internet cafes, all of which blend in without losing its original charm. 
Banana Village owes its name to the many banana plantations and is located next Tamraght. The small town is very busy. There are many small shops, post office, bank, several restaurants and a weekly traditional weekly market. Here you live in a small hotel with half board.
