Many surf camps are suitable for experienced riders and beginners alike. The surf school provides a range of options to surf and stand up paddleboard in the best possible conditions and get the most out of your adult or family watersports holiday.
Our passionate team will be at your Moroccan surf camp to guide you through your experience.
The equipment provided during the course (boards and wetsuits) is specially designed to help you learn to surf in Morocco. It is specific to your build and ability. It changes as you progress.
About our kitesurf camp
Caroline & Ghali
No-one could have guessed that this French optician from Angers would set up a kitesurfing Resort in Dakhla in the Moroccan desert. What made her do it? Her love for kitesurfing… and love full stop!
Love is what made Caroline and her husband Ghali begin the adventure of opening a hotel for kitesurfing trip in Dakhla. Their shared love for kitesurfing and surfing is what fuelled this project. Dakhla Evasion hasn’t stopped growing since opening 11 years ago and has managed to make its mark in the kitesurfing world because of their drive to move forward and lead from the front. The architecture, bungalow interiors, choice of materials… every last detail has been designed to suit the environment perfectly. The rooms all have a dash of Eastern flair and Moroccan magic in their designs. They love tasty little dishes from home and abroad and make a point of serving you food that’s good quality, healthy and balanced. They’re passing their love for fitness and boardsports to their 3 boys and will be delighted to join you on your thrilling sessions. Dakhla Evasion Resort & Spa ‘s kitesurfing hotel lies in a spectacular setting with 34 bungalows which fit into the environment perfectly.
The Dakhla Evasion kitesurfing hotel on the lagoon is sheltered from the wind by the sand dunes it stands on. We provide three types of bungalow, a range of wellness facilities (spa, pool, yoga) and sports (horse riding centre and water sports centre).

Discover and progress in WING FOIL
Our Dakhla Evasion center offers WING FOIL lessons and rentals.
You can practice Wing foil in the best conditions : located several meters from the sea, with direct access to a deep enough water and several kilometers of lagoon to explore, the club allows you to start practicing in the best conditions.
Wing is a new sport combining kitesurfing, sup, surfing, windsurfing and foiling. This is a portable inflatable wing that allows you to take advantage of the wind to move forward. Wingfoil is practiced on a SUP board, for beginners. For the more initiated it will be wingfoil on a wing foil or surf foil.
Accessible, wing surfing is suitable for all audiences, beginners, initiates or experts.
It’s the perfect way to learn how to use the wind easily!

Our experts use their knowledge of spots and weather conditions to take you to the right place at the right time so you can surf to your heart’s content in total safety.
The Dakhla peninsula is still a little-known surfing spot despite its amazing waves and landscapes with endless desert sand beaches in Morocco. The Moroccan waves are unique between October and April with surfing conditions that you’ll struggle to find anywhere else in the world, making it ideal for learning or practising surfing and stand up paddleboarding.

Our lessons approach people who like surf, beginners as well as advanced.
The club is offering group fees as well as private lessons.
The purpose of our workshops in Dakhla Evasion is to allow each member to improve his performance and to manage the surf autonomously and safely.
We are also organizing stand up paddle classes.
You can benefit from classes in French, English and Arabic language. Our instructors are enthusiastic and motivated, and remain at your disposal to set together your classes’ schedule.

A wide range of boards
In order that you can enjoy the waves in Dakhla, our surfing school provides you a wide range of foam, epoxy and resin boards, stiff stand up paddles, bodyboards as well as the equipment to plunge.
The high quality equipment has been recently acquired and adapted to each size and each level. It is regularly renewed in order to keep its functionalities and users’ comfort.

Our external swimming pool is covered and surrounded by a garden and a bar allowing bathing all year long.
Relax and taste a coffee, a Moroccan tea or a delicious cocktail in the bar next to the swimming pool, which offers a view on the lagoon of Dakhla.
Towel are provided for the swimming pool.

We offer a group yoga class every day : Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, breathing exercise.
Possibility to book a private yoga class.
The yoga and the fitness rooms are open seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

Kids Evasion
Our baby-sitters will help your children fully enjoy their stay in Dakhla. They will spend great moments in a relaxing and playful atmosphere. They may use several games, such as a slide and the swing.
The nanny is available from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm in order to let you enjoy board sports. You are free to adapt your day according to your children’ meals and napping. The chef can also prepare some dishes adapted to children’ diet.

THE SPEED SPOT
When you get here at low tide, you’ll see why it’s called the “speed spot”.
You have about 4km of totally flat and shallow water along the beach with an offshore wind. The perfect place to gain speed and learn to freestyle. The setting is incredible!!
This kitesurfing spot is recommended for experienced surfers. Downwind sessions to the Speed Spot with 4×4 return transfer.
THE WHITE DUNE
Dakhla’s famous white dune is a jaw-dropping natural phenomenon standing in the middle of the lagoon.
The huge white sand dune has its own little lagoon. It’s the perfect place to take great photos and a go-to for flamingoes.
Subject to wind conditions, there are fantastic downwind sessions from the lagoon with a 4×4 return transfer. An absolute must that you should do as much as possible.
Wave spots
Aarich
This fishing village is around 30 minutes north of Dakhla Evasion and is a great spot sheltered from the wind by a sand cliff.
The waves and great rights are ideal for learning or practising surfing and SUP in Morocco.
You’ll see blue fishing boats sailing all day long.
La Sarga
La Sarga is a fishing village on the southern tip of the Dakhla peninsula.
This kitesurfing spot on the Atlantic Coast is like the others in Dakhla; great conditions for riding on rolling right-hand waves for 8-10 seconds.
It’s the perfect spot for surfing and kitesurfing with a side offshore wind and incredible landscapes.

The rocky spur forms a small bay a short 4×4 drive from Dakhla Evasion.
