El Gouna is definitely very different from every other spot in Egypt. The weather temperature rarely falls below 25 degrees and annual wind statistics exceed 70% of windy days. Above all, El Gouna offers a real kite lifestyle and a very open-minded community. It is like a small Disneyland for all kitesurfers!
We teach in the biggest lagoon in El Gouna. The conditions are perfect for all kinds of riders. Our spot offers extensive 500-meter shallow, where the water reaches the waist depending on the tide phase. The water is also flat, which is great as well for advanced riders who would like to learn jumps. These ideal conditions create safe and comfortable training for all kinds of riders.

SURF COURSE AND ACTIVITIES

There are a plenty of courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced riders. The courses are offered at the highest IKO standards. Our aim is to enable all students to practise safely and learn the essentials of kitesurfing. We teach with a complimentary radio system that allows our students to have direct contact with the instructor. We care about the best quality of learning, that’s why we provide the courses for only 1-2 students per group to focus on practising and mastering the skills much faster! 
After completing the training, the student may receive an VDWS or IKO license confirming the acquired skills and allowing to rent equipment all over the world.

The basic rule of progress in kitesurfing is good and properly selected equipment. We are fully equipped with new kites and boards Cabrinha 2019/2020. Now you don’t have to be worried that you don’t have the right kite for the conditions. Thanks to the wide selection of our rental, you will definitely find the right kite for you!

We offer special packages and discounts on no-wind activities such as Sliders Cable and SUP tours around El Gouna. In case of no windy days, you can as well expect planned trips like snorkeling, diving, horse riding, jeep safari, or hiking awaiting you (extra charge).

Kitesafari is above all, an unforgettable kite experience. You will spend 7-days living on the 5-stars yacht, cruising on the best spots that the Red Sea has to offer. Kitesurfing on the flat turquoise lagoons, swimming with dolphins, and relaxing in the jacuzzi is just a small description of how excellent this trip is. We are located on one of the best spots in El Gouna, where the water is waist-high, so you will be able to kite and train all day. You may not even notice a small difference between the tides during the day.

Seasonal conditions

Shallow and flat water in El Gouna with sandy bottom and constant wind provides ideal conditions for learning kitesurfing. Egypt is a perfect destination all around the year. The temperatures are warm with a crystal blue sky. The water temperature is varying between 20 degrees in the wintertime (December-February) and 25-29 degrees in the summertime (March-November). The wind is a constant side on-shore for most of the year in El Gouna. The average annual statistic exceeds 70% of windy days in a year!

Important details

Visa is mandatory, payable upon arrival at the airport in Hurghada. It costs 25 USD and is valid for 30 days. Passport is obligatory and must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure. You will find high-quality medical care in Egypt. The cost of a medical visit costs around 20-40 USD. You should remember that for medical services you may mostly pay in cash! Please note that it’s always good to have insurance while traveling abroad!
