Soufiane, a passionate surfer and nature lover, founded Harmony Surf Lodge in 2024 to share his love for the sea and the waves with travelers seeking authenticity. Driven by a vision of connection with the ocean and Moroccan culture, he has brought together a team that shares this passion, creating unforgettable moments for guests.
Jamal and Céline, a French-Moroccan couple and the managers of the lodge, embody the cosmopolitan and warm spirit of Harmony. With several years of experience in hospitality and surfing, they live and breathe the ocean every day. Jamal, an experienced surfer, and Céline, passionate about nature preservation, ensure a warm and personalized welcome for guests, with deep respect for the environment and local culture.
Adeline, the business developer, commercial manager, and booking agent, ensures that each stay is an exceptional experience tailored to each client’s expectations. A great lover of travel and discovery, she is herself captivated by the wild beauty of the Agadir region and Moroccan coastlines. Working hand-in-hand with agencies, she creates custom offers that allow each traveler to connect with nature and the cultural treasures of the region, while getting introduced to surfing.
Our team of experienced surf instructors, including Houcine, Mohamed, and Othman, guides beginners and experts alike with passion and expertise. These seasoned surfers, born and raised by the sea, possess an intimate knowledge of the waves and local spots. Their love for the ocean and commitment to sharing their expertise ensures safe surfing lessons with personalized coaching for optimal progress. They inspire clients to respect and appreciate nature, offering a surfing experience in harmony with the environment.
Abderahim, our chef, is not only a master of Moroccan flavors but also a lover of the sea. He draws inspiration from local ingredients and Moroccan culinary traditions to create delicious dishes that respect the region’s produce. His goal: to introduce clients to the delights of Moroccan cuisine while reconnecting them with nature through fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Harmony Surf Lodge is more than just a surf camp; it’s a complete immersion into the Moroccan way of life for lovers of surfing, nature, and relaxation seeking an authentic and memorable experience.
Our surf school is open year-round, welcoming surfers of all levels. We organize small groups, with a maximum of 8 students per session, ensuring that each participant receives personalized attention to maximize their progress.
Each lesson lasts 2 hours in the morning, followed by free use of the surf equipment in the afternoon. We also provide transportation to the best surf spots.
Surf lessons are available in French, English, or Arabic, so you can choose the language that suits you best.
Additionally, surf courses are available without accommodation, allowing flexibility for those who prefer to stay elsewhere.
SURF MATERIALS
We will provide all the necessary equipment for the lesson. However, if you prefer to bring your own wetsuit, that’s absolutely fine. In fact, some people prefer to use their own wetsuit for added comfort.

Ways to get to the camp
Book your flight to arrive at Al Massira Airport in Agadir (AGA). Transfers from and to the airport are included. One member of the Harmony Team will pick you up from the airport (around 40 minutes).
By Car: Follow the coastal road from Agadir towards Imi Ouaddar. We are just 5 minutes from the main beach, with free parking available on-site.
By Taxi: Ask the driver for Harmony Surf Lodge in Imi Ouaddar. It's a popular spot and easy to find.
Public Transport: Local buses run from Agadir to Imi Ouaddar. Get off at the nearest stop to the beach, and the lodge is a short walk away.

WEATHER & CLOTHING
During the winter season, the days are warm, but it can get chilly in the evenings, so be sure to bring something warm for the terrace.
Morocco is a liberal Muslim country, and both men and women can wear shorts and t-shirts. However, beachwear should be kept for the beach, and it’s recommended to dress modestly when walking through town.

Shower towels and beach towels are provided free of charge.

MEDICAL
No vaccinations are required for travel to Morocco, and anti-malarial precautions are not necessary.
In case of an emergency, hospitals and clinics are available in Agadir. Please note that medical charges will apply based on the treatment received, so it's essential to have travel insurance before your arrival.
There is a well-stocked pharmacy in Taghazout, open every day, with a qualified and knowledgeable pharmacist.
Travel insurance is mandatory, and you are responsible for arranging it.
