LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS
The surf school is located steps away from the best surfing beaches in the south of Tenerife. We are open and surfing 365 days of the year. We cater for individuals and groups and for all levels. Our school operates in Playa de las Américas, one of Tenerife's best-known surf destinations. Thanks to its consistent Atlantic swells and mild climate, surfing is possible throughout the year. Water temperatures range from approximately 19°C in winter to 24°C in summer.
CAMP CHARACTER
The clubhouse is located within steps of the Atlantic Ocean overlooking the surf spots and features storage space for your boards and sports equipment. In the living room, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV (we have Netflix), a comfy couch, and a table that’s perfect for those who are looking to combine work and play or for group dining. Of course, we’ve set up a high-speed Wifi connection, too. Best wave watching spot too! maximum capacity 10 people in total
CAMP OPERATOR
Ika Ika surf School and The Point surf Club have been operating in collaboration for the past six years in the heart of the busy surf community in Playa de Las Americas in the south of the island of Tenerife.
ACCOMMODATION TYPES
The surfcamp is located overlooking the waves and features a large living room, a shared team room (max 6 people ) and two private rooms: a double and a twin. We have two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. We have a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, plenty of storage space and a great coffee machine. Coffee, teas, cookies and croissants are included for a breakfast option, and there are multiple surf cafes and restaurants right outside the door. It's great for solo travellers or groups.
CATERING
We have a full Kitchen always stocked with great coffee, herbal teas, cookies and croissants. With so many surf bars and a variety of cheap restaurants and surf cafes just outside the door you have nearly have too many options to choose from, all within steps of the clubhouse.

About Us:
Ika Ika Surf School is a professional surf school based in Playa de las Américas, Tenerife. We provide high-quality surf lessons for beginners and intermediate surfers in a safe, friendly and motivating environment. Our goal is to help every guest enjoy the ocean while improving their surfing skills with personalized coaching.
Surf Lessons:
We offer 2-hour Beginner and Intermediate lessons. Sessions are available for adults and teenagers aged 13+ (parental authorization required for minors). Small groups ensure individual attention and faster progress.

Ways to get to the camp:
We are located around 30 minutes away from Tenerife South Airport . with local buses running frequently to Playa de las Americas - single fare price around 4,50€. Car hire is best booked ahead online by shopping around and collecting the car at the airport. Taxis in the Canary Islands are government owned and have set rates in place . Taxi from TFS airport currently around 35€ single fare
