Exceeded our expectations Our stay with Birgit exceeded our expectations! The house is clean, well-decorated, and has a wonderful atmosphere. We could see the sun setting over the see from our window... We rented surfboards, wetsuits, and bicycles, all in perfect condition. Birgit and her husband gave us insight about local places to go to, the surfing conditions, surfing lessons, etc. We could not have hoped for better hosts, and we can't wait to visit again.

Best host you can ask for Birgit was the best host one could ask for. She welcomed us with local treats and helped us with everything we needed. I was able to bring my dog and their own dog was so friendly and Sweet. Birgits Son played with my dog and it was enjoyed by all! . The area is great with great branches and bars! Awesome Birgit's house is awesome. Her home is very friendly and welcoming. She offered us a beer at our arrival. Very well located near Foz do Lizandro beach. There are wetsuits and surfsboards available to rent at very competitive prices. If you want to explore further, Birgit have some bikes with surf rack and a bus shuttle with surfs carrier is available five minutes walk. If you want to relax, live the ocean vibe and meet others people, book now!

ABOUT THE SURF CAMP
LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS
The Surfcamp is 5 minutes to walk from the beach foz do lizandro and close to the centre of Ericeira. Foz do lizandro is one of the best beaches for surfer. It stretches about 600 meters, along the shore of the Lizandro River.
CAMP CHARACTER
LO Surfcamp is a small camp. Due to the size and the fact that it is a family run business, it has a familiar atmosphere. All in all, it has a maximum capacity of 15 people by 6 rooms.

Activities and facilities
Carvoeira is a small town near Mafra. It is famous for its watersports, especially for surfing. Besides of watersport, you have a lot of other activities, you can join. If you are interested in culture, you can do a sightseeing trip through the town. Furthermore, there is - apart from watersport - a huge sport offer. Cycling, hiking, horseriding, etc. - the possibilities in Ericeira are boundlessly.
If you want to enjoy some regional and good food, you can go to one of the restaurants in the town - the choice is wide.
