The surfhouse is located in the best shopping area of Las Palmas and close to Las Canteras beach. Las Canteras Beach it is also a good Surf Spot with many surfschools. We are inviting you to a very cool house which is in the center of the city, yet 200m close to Playa Las Canteras.

Few nice things about the house:

LUA-LUA YouthHostel is a large and cozy house with high ceilings, walls, floors and mosaics with great charm.
The house has a living room and a kitchen, both independent from the rest of the house, 3 fully equipped bathrooms, 8 dorms and a big terrace. The house is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped: 2 fridges, a microwave, ceramic hob and oven. The linen are included in the price and are changed once a week. The common areas are cleaned daily, too. Laundry room and WIFI available at no extra cost.
The living room is ideal to meet with other guests, chat and share experiences. It has a TV and a PC free of charge from which you can connect to internet. 
The kitchen is a great place to socialize with others. It has 2 refrigerators, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary utensils to prepare a good meal.
The large terrace is definitely one of the strengths of LUA-LUA and preferred place for our guests.
It has wifi throughout the house.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is located in the North between two bays and their beaches: Las Canteras beach and Alcaravaneras beach. 

Apart from these two magnificent beaches, the constant presence of the sun and its diverse landscapes, Gran Canaria offers you the possibility of practicing many outdoor sports such as Beach Volleyball, Hiking or Skydiving.

How to get there
We would provide you with all the information you may need to make you feel at home from the very first day so you can enjoy the island like a local would. 
We also offer a pick up service at the airport, for only €25, that will drive you directly to the surfhouse.
