ABOUT THE SURF CAMP
LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS
All kite spots are reachable directly from the boat, with a 2 mins ride from the zodiac. Lagoons and sand banks of the Red Sea are waiting for us.
CAMP CHARACTER
You will be leaving on a boat for a week, together with other kiters from all over the world. Typically our trips have around 20 kiters, it's a lot of kitesurfing and the atmosphere on the boat is chilled and fun. A unique kitesurfing experience.
CAMP OPERATOR
Sick Dog organizes kite safari and cruises in the Red Sea since 2014. We have a lot of experience and we do it with love.
ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING
ACCOMMODATION TYPES
You will be living in a luxury motor yacht, every cabin has a private toilet with shower, towels. All cabins have air condition. THere are available cabins with two beds or suites with a queen bed size.
CATERING
All inclusive food and drinks Breakfast, lunch dinner, snacks and soft drinks are included. Alchoolic beverages can be purchased on board.
SURF COURSE AND ACTIVITIES
SURF COURSE DETAILS
We will kitesurf every day, from early morning till sunset - we sleep, party and chill on the boat, so we are right on the kite spot for all the kite action we want! Trips are from Saturday to Saturday, so a week long (7 nights, 8 days).
SURF MATERIALS
Kitesurf materials can be rented on board, if needed.
OTHER ACTIVITIES<
Diving, snorkeling and wakeboarding - that's what we do normally in case of no wind.

SURF CONDITIONS
Breaks directly at the main spot and at nearby spots
We are directly on the spot, cause we sleep on the boat next to the island. Wind is normally off-shore, but we have zodiacs to rescue any kiters that slowly starts drifting downwind.

Windy normally from March till November, from 14 till 24 knots.

There may be other boats at the spots, otherwise it is just us!

Characterization of surroundings/region
Wild. The Red Sea is full of untouched islands and lagoons great for kitesurfing.

We have party nights on the boats, game nights, and chill nights. Yoga is also possible, together with snorkeling and wakeboarding.

Ways to get to the camp
Simply arrive at Hurghada International airport, Egypt. We will take care of you from there.
Important details
Entry visa in the country is 25 USD. That's pretty much the only requirement.

This package includes:
The kite cruise is a weekly trip, from saturday to saturday. It includes food, snacks, water and soft drinks, and all transfers to and from airport (and of course accomodation on the boat for all the nights). All you need to do is arriving at the airport, we will take care of you from there.
