We see surfing as a lifestyle. The conditions of the sea are constantly changing, which is why adaptability, spontaneity and endurance are part of us. We are a surf school where you not only learn to surf, but also learn that every fear you have is a new opportunity to move forward.
Our goal in each course is to give you enough tools, knowledge and practice to take care of yourself in the water. Every student is different, that's why our courses are too. Don't worry about your level if you are motivated because then it will be a matter of time to achieve results.

ABOUT THE SURF CAMP
LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS
The province of Cadiz has more than 250 km of coastline washed by the Atlantic Ocean. During the winter months (from October to May) its coast becomes a surfer's paradise: long waves, offshore winds and powerful swells reach these coasts with long and consistent wave periods. A gem.
El Palmar beach is just the tip of the iceberg. Our surf guide will explore the endless beaches of this province with you to find the best waves. So we guarantee you quality surfing during your stay here.
CAMP CHARACTER
Our school is located in the first row on the beach of El Palmar. Our terrace makes our school a unique place from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. All our surfing equipment is prepared to adapt to the needs of each student: softboards, evolution and fiberboards. We have summer (3/2) and winter (4/3) wetsuits; and paddle surfboards for those days when the waves take a nap. We have a changing area with showers and lockers so you can leave your belongings during class. Everyone is welcome: families, friends, children, adults, couples... It doesn't matter what level you are! We offer courses for beginners, advanced and also technical courses. If you have never seen yourself surfing and would like to do a video correction with us, we will be happy to help you perfect your technique. Our surf school is located right on El Palmar beach. Our terrace makes our school a unique place from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

SURF COURSE AND ACTIVITIES
SURF COURSE DETAILS
Warm up 10 mins
It is very important to activate the body to prepare ourselves. When surfing we train all parts of the body depending on what phase of the session we are in. Being in good shape guarantees fun and learning.
Theory 30 mins.
Surfing is a technical sport, which means it requires learning a technique in the dynamics of movements. He is also firmly anchored in society. Knowing the steps to get up, choosing the direction on the wave, the types of currents and winds or the rules of behavior and safety in the water are crucial to learn this sport properly.
Practice 1 hour and 20 minutes.
After sharing knowledge about surfing and practicing the technique, we will enter the water in groups of a maximum of 5 students per instructor. In the water, each instructor will focus on observing and correcting each student individually.
