At Neptunos we want to teach beginners into surfers, and see everyone reach their potential and we want to dedicate all our love and commitment on helping everyone achieve their goals. We are very careful to apply every method of teaching with principles and care in order to be able to build a quality foundation that will assure a solid growth.
We also pass all the knowledge about the ocean, surf and safety rules in order to let everyone know how they can keep themselves safe and respect the others surfers and nature. For us it is about educating people, helping to understand the true essence of sport and soul, we invite you to come to know us and feel the difference.
We offer both group and private lessons, as well as surf guide services for those who already know how to surf.

ABOUT THE SURF CAMP
LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS
We arrange free of charge pick up in the region from Lagoa/Carvoeiro, Posrtimão and Lagos after booking. The car takes you to the beach with the best possible conditions and mostly on the Vincentian coast where the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve are found.
CAMP OPERATOR
The Neptunos Surf school was born from a great desire from many years to pass on our knowledge, culture and satisfaction that surf has provided over 25 years of experience, we felt the need to reciprocate and share it. So in 2013 we advanced to this dream and so was founded the Neptunos Surf School, the school is enrolled in the Portuguese Federation of Surf and Tourism of Portugal and licensed in the Captaincy of the Port of Lagos and coaches have surf coaching degrees.
The school has a premium concept, which only accepts 8 clients per class (day), and with 2 trainers having a ratio of 1×4 or 1×5, which guarantees an excellent quality and attention to all clients, being possible to give feedbacks in a timely manner and keep the group safe.

SURF COURSE AND ACTIVITIES
SURF COURSE DETAILS
On this day of surfing you will learn to surf, one of the great advantages is that we do not accept more than 8 people which offers a good safety and quality, we will take you to the beach with the best conditions and pass all the knowledge necessary to be able to enjoy in safety as well as teach the technique to start sliding in the waves, in case you already have some experience we will help you to improve, and to master the techniques. Classes are held mostly on the Vincentian coast where the most beautiful and wild beaches of the Algarve are found. The pick up starts at 8:30 a.m depending on the location and after we are all we drive to the beach which takes about 1 hour. In this lesson you will be able to learn to catch waves to get up and gain balance and realize all the dynamics, then leaving from here is to continue to improve. We want to help you overcome all difficulties and make this day a fantastic day. We are waiting for you!!!
This activity lasts for almost full day (including pick-up and drop-off)
3 hours lessons 2h in the water (we do a break when is possible in between)
Private lessons are possible as well.

The surf guide is ideal for people who want to get to know the local points better and go to the best place of the day. They should already be able to know how to surf and catch waves by themselves also the rules of surfing and safety.
