ABOUT THE SURF CAMP
LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS
Learn the thrill of kitesurfing in Zanzibar in one of the best kite destinations in the world. Warm waters and professional kite teachers are waiting for you in our tropical paradise. As it's your first time, you will learn kite control, body dragging, water start and hopefully a bit of riding.
ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING
ACCOMMODATION TYPES
We offer private apartments right on the beach front. You can choose from one or two bedroom apartments or opt for a spacious penthouse apartment. All of the apartments have wifi, air conditioning, private kitchen and bathroom, 24/7 security and a private concierge.
The accommodation also includes access to a beautifully designed coworking and coliving space in the village of Kiwengwa. Expect fast wifi, large open spaces, a lush garden, a café and pool for your work day away from home.
CATERING
Self catering, all of the apartments have a kitchen. We don’t have an onsite restaurant but we can book a private chef for you. The service costs 15$ to which you have to add the price of food.
SURF COURSE AND ACTIVITIES
SURF COURSE DETAILS
From zero to your first rides on the board. 2-3 hours day over 3 days to get you started. Materials, insurance and instructor included. From private to 4 guests per instructor.
Are you already an independent rider only looking to rent your gear? We got you covered, you can rent your full kite equipment or any equipment separately. Please note that in order to rent the material, you must have the VDWS level 4 or IKO level 3. Ride safe!

If you’d like to explore the island we offer daily trips to Mnemba Island, Blue Safari, Stone Town, Prison Island, Nakupenda, Spice tours, Jozani, Nungwi, Kisimkasi, Paje.

SURROUNDINGS / REGION
The apartments are located in front of the beach with private beach access. Within 1km you can find 10 restaurants and a supermarket.
JOURNEY
The airport of Stone Town is the only airport in Zanzibar and is a 1h drive away. You can book your airport transfer with us (50$ one-way or 90$ both ways). Please let us know in advance.
