Our surf retreats are suitable for all levels, and our instructors are qualified with the ISA certification. We keep groups small (max 6 surfers per instructor), so that you get the best quality surf tuition, with well-structured surf courses designed to help you develop gradually during your stay, with lots of one-to-one instruction and constructive feedback. Sunset & Sunrise yoga sessions take place daily on our rooftop terrace, with views of the Moroccan coastline. Our yoga sessions provide a mix of classic Hatha Vinyasa flow, pranayama breathing and the all-important poses to help transition you into the day's activity - surfing! Whether a first time yogi or someone with a strong and frequent yoga practice, our surf yoga retreats are designed to both challenge and strengthen your body.
Meals are freshly prepared daily with locally sourced ingredients, offering a range of traditional and delicious dishes, keeping you fuelled and energised for your surf sessions.

ABOUT THE SURF CAMP
LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS
Located 14km from the city of Agadir and just next to the better known surf hub and fishing village of Taghazout, Tamraght offers a tranquil place to relax and unwind. Location is prime - just a short taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of Agadir city, good connections to Agadir airport and national bus services, and - most importantly - access to over 20 surf spots, suitable for all levels of surfer.
CAMP CHARACTER
At Azrac Surf we believe surfing and yoga is for everyone! NO matter the age, sex, or experience level there is a place for you in our camp! We cater to individuals, couples, families, friends, or large retreat groups-- so join us in our new home Villa Azhar and learn to surf from our highly qualified instructors.
CAMP OPERATOR
Sophie first came to Morocco in 2010, to surf and experience the area of Taghazout and it's world famous surf. After a week's stay, she was destined to return and did so over the coming years. She left Wales in 2012 to live in the South of France, but her itchy feet and memories of Morocco eventually lead her back, with no plan - just a one way ticket. 4 years and one big Moroccan wedding later, we are living our dream together here in Tamraght.
Tamraght is our home, and we love it for it's welcoming locals, way of life and - of course - its waves! Surfing brought us together, and we are excited to share our passion with you!
ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING
ACCOMMODATION TYPES
Our retreat villa offers the full Moroccan experience and an extra personal touch to your stay. With 8 guest rooms and space for up to 18 guests, it's perfect for solo travellers, couples, groups of friends and families, or a beautiful space to host your own retreat. All our rooms are decorated in traditional Moroccan style, with hand carved Berber wooden doors and furniture and blessed with views of the ocean and mountains. We have a selection of double, twin and single occupancy rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and shower towels provided - and you're guaranteed a good night's sleep with our comfy beds and peaceful location.
CATERING
Using only fresh, seasonal and locally-sourced produce, our meals are packed full of flavour, colour and healthy goodness! All meals are prepared by our in-house chef, Fatima, with a variety of dishes and flavours to savour every day of your holiday.
Enjoy a healthy, Moroccan breakfast every morning, with a selection of local breads, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, Moroccan tea and freshly brewed coffee, plus Fatima's homemade peanut butter to get you set up for the day.
Daily lunches are homemade and packed for you to take with you to the beach, so you never have to miss the best waves of the day!
Vegetarian, Vegan and special diets are also catered for - just let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs!

Explore & Experience Morocco With the waves, tides and other natural factors not under our control, we like to be flexible and go with the flow each day!
A typical day goes something like this: 7:30 - 8:45 Sunrise Yoga 9:00 - 9:45 Breakfast at the Guesthouse 10:00 Surf transport to the beach 10:30 - 12:30 Morning surf lesson 12:30 - 13:30 Lunch at the beach 14:00 - 16:00 Afternoon free surf session 16:30 Transport from beach to Guesthouse 17:30 - 18:30 Sunset yoga 19:30 Dinner
SURF MATERIALS
All equipment will be provided and boards will be determined by skill level. We also have equipment for rental if not used during the course or camp.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Our surf & yoga sessions run 6 days a week, except Mondays, giving you a free day to spend as you like, with plenty of options for you to explore the local area, hire a board and wetsuit for the day to head out for more surfing, or simply relax.
We also help organise trips to Paradise Valley, and traditional Hammam and Massage treatments for you to enjoy and experience on your free day.

SURF CONDITIONS
Breaks directly at the main spot and at nearby spots
There are over 20 different surf spots in the area. Rights, lefts, reef breaks, sand breaks, big waves, small waves, the list just keeps on going. Tamraght is the perfect place to learn to surf, practice your skill, or shred the giants with the guided experience of locals.
Seasonal conditions
It is sunny and warm year round in Morocco with good waves and beautiful beaches. However, the high season is winter time.

Tamraght is a small surf village just north of Agadir. Most people living amongst the village are involved in the yoga and surf lifestyle. The locals not only love to share the waves but also their stoke as well.
