GOLHAA VIEW INN by TES and the beach front guesthouse are located in Thulusdhoo Island, a simple-nature island in the heart of Kaafu Atoll with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere to heast yourself with the traditional local island life.

GOLHAA VIEW INN offers “Comfort Rooms” with modern amenities in every room for your convenience, 6 TWIN rooms (2 Single beds in room) and 5 DBL (1 Queen Size Bed). We also provide 1 Extra Bed/Futon in room for the third Adult or Child. Maximum room occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adult + 1 Child

Among many renowned surfing points in Maldives some of the most-talk about surf breaks are within close access from GOLHAA VIEW INN. 10 minute boat ride to Coke and roughly 15 minutes ride to Chicken’s. Approximately 20 to 40 minute boat ride to access other surf break . We provide boat trips to surf points and guides.

Seasonal conditions

The Maldives has a tropical climate with warm temperature year round and great deal of sushine. The warm tropical climat results in relatibely minor variations in daily temperature throughout the year. The weather is determined largely by the monsoons: the Southwest monsoon from may to November and the Northeast monsoon from December to April. The hottest months on average is April and coolest, December, February is the driest with December to April being relatively dry. The Maldives is in the equatorial belt and therefore severe storms are rare.

Upon arrival at the Velana International Airport, you will find ATM, Pharmacy, Telecommunication shops where local SIM cards can be purchased, sanitized toilets, restaurants and a variety of small shops selling food, drinks and souvenirs. Baggage storage is available and there is a very helpful Information Desk if you need.

Ways to get to the camp

Merely 28km from airport, this beachfront hotel in Thulusdhoo Island is easily accessible by public ferry speedboat( approx 25 minutes)  ride from Velana International Airport. Public Ferry speedboat (approx 30 min) and public dhoni ferry (approx 90 minutes) is  also available from Male’ (Capital City of Maldives) to Thulsudhoo Island. Ferry boat operates 07 days a week on schedule timing.

Ferry’s depart every ten minutes to the island capital of Male’ (a 15 minutes ride by local dhoni) and cost around USD1(unless before midnight hours). The capital Male’ might not be easy to navigate for first timers, so do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance that you may need.

Important details

Visitors entering the Republic of Maldives should fulfill the following requirement for the grant of an entry permit into the country as tourist.
* Should posses a valid passport with Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) – (standard ICAO Annex 9, chapter 3.10.1) and should have at least 6 months validity.
* Possession of a valid return air ticket to a destination where the passengers has permission to enter, together with necessary visas for the onward journey to the next destination.
* Possession enough funds to cover the expenses for duration of the stay in Maldives. (US$100 + $50 dollars per day) or a confirmation of reservation in a Tourist Resort, Hotel or guesthouse.
To enter Maldives as a tourist no pre-arrival is required. A thirty day free visa is issued on arrival at designated ports of entry,
based on the immigration requirements.

Caution: Full thirty day visa is not a right of the passenger to claim, but lies at the discretion of the Immigration to issue not more
than thirty days and any period less than thirty days. EMPLYMENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED UNDER THIS CATEGORY.

A toursit Visa maybe renewed if the person concerned, applies to the Immigration before the expiration of the visa
(TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY).

An international certificate of inoculation against yellow fever and cholera is required by visitors arriving from infected countries.
