If the beach is too crowded, the wind too light or too gusty, you don’t feel comfortable with starting from the beach or you just simply want to surf in the area with the best wind conditions, we provide a lift service that takes you there in a really short time. Our boats will be always available to assist you and to re-lunch you and your kite if the wind’s condition changes.
THE GARDA LAKE Here there are a few information about this beautiful lake! In this lake you can surf with two different winds, both in a different hour of the day. The “PELÈR” blows from North during the first twelve hours of the day, involving a large part of the Garda Lake. This wind can reach the speed of 13 m/s, and even more! The wind “ORA” blows from South. It’s well known within surfers and sailors from all over the world. It usually starts blowing around 12/ 1 pm until sunset. The Ora achieves its maximum intensity in Malcesine Garda lake thanks to the geographic conformation of the territory which causes the Venturi effect. This particular condition guarantees an higher wind’s speed, and perfect condition for kitesurfing.

ACCOMMODATION TYPES
The Hotel Garnì Orchidea is situated in a very peaceful area surrounded by a large olive grove. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake, surrounded by nature and only 800 meters away from “Fraglia Vela Malcesine”, two kilometers from the center of Malcesine, and 900 meters from the beach.
The hotel is just one and a half kilometers from the new cable car station which will take you up in a few minutes to Monte Baldo, known as the botanical garden of Europe. At the top, you can go for walks, ride a mountain bide, or fly on a paraglider. About six kilometers from Malcesine, there is a daily shuttle bus served throughout the season from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., for 1.20 EUR per person. This makes the mobility to the nearby locations easy and convenient.

Home ? How to get to Lake Garda ? Transport Lake Garda is easily accessible whether you travel by car, plane or train. Highways Lake Garda can also be reached via the motorway network: with the A4 Milan - Venice, which passes south of the lake, you reach the towns of the Brescia and lower Veronese coasts and with the A22 Brennero - Modena which runs through the area east of the lake, it allows you to reach the Garda towns of the Veronese coast and thirty. A4 Serenissima Milan - Venice motorway, exits: • Brescia East (Salò, Gardone, Toscolano, Gargnano, Tignale, Tremosine, Limone) • Desenzano del Garda (BS) • Sirmione (BS) • Peschiera del Garda (VR)
A22 Brennero - Modena motorway, exits: • Rovereto South / Lake Garda North (Torbole, Riva del Garda, Malcesine, Limone, Tremosine) • Affi / South Lake Garda (Garda, Torri del Benaco, Bardolino, Lazise, Peschiera del Garda)
Airports The most convenient airport to reach Lake Garda is certainly that of Villafranca di Verona, just 20 km away. The Bergamo Orio al Serio airport is also nearby, from which you can reach the lake by taking the A4 motorway towards Venice for about 40/50 minutes. Thanks to the motorway connections, Lake Garda is still easily reachable from the airports of Milan, Venice, Treviso and Bologna. At the Catullo di Villafranca airport there is a convenient shuttle service operated by the ATV (Verona Transport Company) which allows you to reach Lake Garda by bus, this is line 164.
