Rapture Eco Surfcamp is located in Vila Nova de Milfontes – Odemira, a small fishing village at the mouth of the River Mira. Our eco surfcamp is situated right at the heart of the National Park of Southwest Alentejo and Vicentina Coast.
Explore Portugal’s unimpaired countrysideOur Eco Surfcamp is on a small farm, on the seaside of the town only minutes away from the fishing port and 15 minutes walking from the city centre. While also following the principles of permaculture and an Eco-friendly way of living off the land, we aim to connect people to the land and healthy sports activities. The surf camp is located on the “Rota Vicentina”, a famous walking and cycling program with different trails, perfect for hiking lovers.
Peaceful vacations with a conscient mindsetDuring your stay you can learn more sustainable practices, surfing, helping in the organic garden, enjoy local activities (SUP, horse riding, coast walks) or simply enjoy the tranquillity of the Alentejo way of life. Also, we also can offer Portuguese cooking workshops (for a small fee). This camp is being created to invite you to explore another beautiful and more hidden part of Portugal.

Price 45 € per person per night, including a hearty breakfast and dinner Monday to Friday, and daily beach transfers (even without a surf course). Flexible length of stay, relaxed atmosphere and sustainable lifestyle. Surf lessons optional for 45 € per person per day, including transfer and equipment. Optional local activities such as SUP, horseback riding (approx. 30-40 € per hour), coastal hikes on the Rota Vicentina, and Portuguese cooking workshops.
Private glamping tents at the eco surf camp on a small farm right by the sea in Vila Nova de Milfontes, in the heart of the Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina Natural Park. Price 85 € per night, including a hearty breakfast and dinner Monday to Friday, and daily beach transfers (even without a surf course). Flexible length of stay. The activities we run on-site are based on environmental concerns. Moreover, we aim to pass this type of knowledge to all guests who visit us. Additionally, the surfcamp location also offers amazing views within a short walking distance. Also, the natural beauty that surrounds the area will make you feel astonished and wanting to come back every summer!

At Rapture, we understand that travel is spontaneous and your plans can change.
You decide the length of your stay to ensure you get everything you want from your time at the surf camp. We are flexible and happy to work around you, whether you like to stay three days or three months.
Bringing this further, every customer can tailor their own experience by adding extras such as massage, yoga and surf lessons so that you do the activities you will enjoy.
We have Private Glamping Tents and Shared Dorm Room.
CATERING
We cater to all kinds of diets (vegan and vegetarian, diary free, gluten free, etc.) We add a note on the booking regarding guests diet and their diet restrictions or preferences.
