Spot Surf Maroc is situated in walking distance from the beach and close to some of the country’s best surf spots. Located in the heart of Taghazout, our camp provides an authentic experience and an excellent base for your adventure holiday. In addition to our in-house yoga teacher, we have surf instructors, surfboards and wet-suits.

BEGINNER

Surf - Level 1

With beginner-friendly waves and exotic surroundings, you have the perfect framework to pursue your surf dream. Immersed by the authentic surf culture and bohemian vibe of Taghazout, it's easy to get hooked on the surf life! Level 1 is for those who have never surfed before or haven't surfed in a while, keen on another run-through of the basics.

Our surf classes in level 1 often take place at Panorama Beach, Camel Beach and Aghroud Beach.

INTERMEDIATE

Surf - Level 2

Taghazout is known as the surfing capital of Morocco and is the perfect place to take your surfing to the next level. In level 2, we catch green waves at spots like Anza Beach, Desert Point, Banana Beach, Agadir Beach and Panorama Beach.

You'll find a range of spots near the camp, where you can go for a sunrise or sunset surf and feel the thrill of improving your skills in mesmerizing surroundings.

INDEPENDENT

Surf - Level 3

Taghazout is home to a variety of world-famous spots and some of the world's longest waves. Every morning we bring you to the best spot of the day, and our experienced instructors will encourage, guide and challenge you to become a better surfer. You can also go free surfing and check out famous spots like Panorama Point, HAsh Point, Mystery Point, La Source Point, Killers Point, Anza Beach and Anchor Point...

Seasonal conditions

The swimming season in Agadir lasts from July to October. During those months, Agadir water temperature does not drop below 20°C and therefore suitable for comfortable swimming. The average water temperature in Agadir in winter reaches 17°C, in spring 17°C, in summer the average temperature rises to 20°C, and in autumn it is 20°C.

Easiest way to Africa
The best way to get here is flying to one of the bigger cities in Morocco, Agadir, about a 45-minute drive from our surf camp in Taghazout. Flying into Marrakesh is also an option if you want to explore this mesmerizing city as part of your holiday. Marrakesh is situated about three hours from the camp. We arrange transfers from both airports directly to the camp. There are also options to get here with public transportation or taxi services for you and your friends.
