We provide learn to surf camps for absolute beginners who either want to get into the sport seriously or just try it out to see what all the fuss is about! Our packages include multi-day surf courses, all surfing equipment, meals, accommodation and transport. We also throw in some cool goodies like surf wear and action photography. Attention to detail with a focus on quality is what you will find with all facets of our camps.

You do not need any previous surfing experience to join one of our camps. We do ask that you are a strong swimmer (i.e. you can tread water for 2 minutes or can swim 50m unaided) or basically you can swim! Most of our customers are from the international youth travel market aged between 18-30. People come to our surf camp from all over the world but in particular we often have people from Scandinavia, Europe, Great Britain and Ireland, North America and the odd sprinkling of local Aussies who have haven't given surfing a crack - yet.

After a full day of surfing, you can relax at our purpose built Surf Camp. We provide accommodation that is clean and comfortable and just a short walk to the beach. Each cabin is dorm share ( max 7 beds ) with a cool balcony for chill time. All bedding & fresh linen is provided so you don’t need to bring sheets, pillow cases or sleeping bags.

There is also a permanently shaded, outdoor-dining-and-entertainment area located in the centre of the cabins. This area is equipped with a large screen TV and stereo where there is always music or a surfing movie playing. Surrounded by palm trees and hammocks, it’s a great place to hang out and relax between surfing lessons and at meal time.

Other accommodation facilities include hot showers, a swimming pool, internet access, a laundry & the cafe.

Our progressive surf lessons at surf camp will have you well prepared for a surfing future. We offer surfing lessons every day that are designed for absolute beginners. ( All levels welcome) We teach everything you will need to know ! Paddling, standing up, dropping into waves and riding across them. Plus Surf Etiquette, board design and wave types will ensure you leave us confident and ready to surf forever! Photo and Video coaching is available upon request. So whether its your 1st time , need to get to the next level or need contest strategy, we got you covered!

At Surf Camp you will use our warm and comfortable Rip Curl wetsuits and custom designed beginner surfboards. All equipment is current technology and in excellent condition. A full range of wetsuit and surfboard sizes are available. SPF 30+ water resistant sunscreen is also provided.
