Windsurf, Surf & Yoga throughout Europe (and beyond).WindSurfYoga started as a project, spreading the fun & passion for windsurf, and grow to become a platform for Windsurf, Surf and Yoga. These 3 'hobbies' together form a lifestyle for usand many others...
To share the passion we started organizing windsurfcamps. Shortly after we continued with yoga holidays and more WindSurfYoga Events -Sup&Yoga on the Lot in France, Surfcamps and (advanced) Clinics, YogaWorkshops etc...- followed.
The trips and holidays mainly take place outside the high-season, when tourism gets slowly calmer and prices lower, this way we can offer the best, watersport & yoga, budget friendly holiday which you deserve!
With WindSurfYoga we hope to inspire more people to get out there, go travel and discover, go and meet new people, new interests, cultures and grow.

Short windsurf and yoga holiday in Corralejo with four nights in a shared room and three lesson days. Yoga and all equipment are included.
One-week surf and yoga stay with 7 nights in shared-room guesthouse accommodation (up to 4 people). Includes 5 days of surf lessons and 5 yoga sessions; board and wetsuit are included during the surf course. Meals are not included (self-catering).
A one-week stay with 7 nights in a mixed shared room (max. 4 people) in Fuerteventura, combining surf and yoga. Includes 5 surf lessons and 5 yoga sessions. All surf equipment with daily transport to suitable conditions, plus wetsuit and boots, are included with the course, as is the yoga gear. Flights and travel insurance are not included.
A one-week stay with 7 nights in a mixed shared room (3-4 people) in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. Includes 5 windsurf lessons for beginners to advanced riders and 5 yoga sessions. Windsurf equipment, wetsuit and boots as well as daily transport to the best spot are included with the course, as is the yoga gear. The accommodation has a fully equipped shared kitchen with individual cabinets, shared bathrooms, a communal garden and lounge areas, and is centrally located.

During the surf/windsurf weeks in Fuerteventura we will take you; Windsurfing in the lagoons with perfect blue water, white beaches and safely closed from the open ocean.
Surfing on the best spots around the north shore with small groups and great tuition!
Also there is the option to get your advanced windsurf skills upgraded. Learning a frontloop, backloop or improve your waveriding skills and of course everything in between loops and learning to get on the board for the first time:)
The northshore of Fuerteventura has many treasures when it comes to surfing. We take you to the best waves and teach you the first steps to the more improved waves.
Of course in case you already got skills you can take a board and use the safari to see stunning breaks around the north with your personal spot guide.

ACCOMMODATION TYPES
Our standard WindSurfYoga house is based in Lajares. A village in between Corralejo & Cotillo on the north of Fuerteventura. Perfectly located for surfers and windsurfers as all great spots are nearby. Time to sit back and relax..
For those not feeling comfortable out of the main tourist area we still have options to stay in Corralejo, the main town in the north, with most tourist, shops and bars.
We like to accommodate everybody comfortable and match their plans for the holiday!
Lajares
The villa is typical Canarian style, Rustic, Spacious and with lots of stone walls and woodwork.
With 4 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it offers enough space to have fun, but stay comfortable and not get to crowdy.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for use, a dinner table for groups, a barbeque with chill area protected from wind and sun, a garden with hammocks and corners to sit back everywhere and roof terrace for yoga and sunbathing.
Twin and Private rooms available, breakfast option-able to keep prices basic.
Corralejo
We use 3 houses in Corralejo, which are shared with other surfschools, therefore we can't control who will be your roomie or with whom you'll share the bathroom.
The standard guesthouse is local, surfervibes, its big (fits many people) with a garden and really near the beach.
There is the beachhouse which has sea view, it is literally ON the beach and there is the tropical house, in the hostel neighbourhood, where you can find tranquility in a private room, it's super tidy and clean, quiet inside but with many hostels around you will meet others every time you open the door.
The houses all have nice kitchens to use & are near the beach!
They are the basic home we need with gardens and space to sit back and relax.
Ideal to meet many new people and live vibrant and to go out for a party every night!

SURF CONDITIONS

Windsurf Mecca 'Fuerte Ventura' has no lack of wind north or south, east or west coast you will find a spot.
Beginners go to the lagoons on the west side, intermediates who are ready for the ocean will start in the bay and more advanced can play on glassbeach, flagbach, majanicho and more...

Characterization of surroundings/region
Lajares has the best bakeries of the island, lots of craft and artist shops, canela bar for amazing sandwiches, dinner and nights out, Mana surf bar for the aftersurf beers and La paneteca for your morning stop. It has every hour a bus passing by between Corralejo and Cotillo, the volcano which you can climb is walkable distance, and the northshore is one road down by bike till you'll find Majanicho, a quiet bay, white sand, clear water...
It is 7-13km to the East or West coast.
Perfect place to 'take a break'. Be near all good spots and not get rushed by big tourism..
Corralejo has all you need if you like, to go out at night, go shopping and meet many new friends. It is a more crowdy, a real tourist area with shopping centers and big hotels, a long main street with bars, souvenir shops, touristy restaurants and excursion-kiosks.
Corralejo is surrounded by ocean, with white beaches and black reefs. In Corralejo you find some city beaches, good for a bit of sunbathing, tho leave your phone home:).
You can walk down to grandes playas (45min/1h) for white sand, the dunes, or go north for a bit off North Shore experience.
Hidden away from the main street you can find amazing restaurants, handmade ice-cream, vegan restaurants and local life.
The Beach: the bay in Majanicho is pretty close by with the free bike!, a 5km road leads you straght to it!
Cotillo by bike is about 20 minutes, on a bike path, and north & south of Cotillo you will find amazing beaches!!
Another option is Corralejo, you could stay after the morning yoga class or take a bus or hitch a ride down to the town where there are some city beaches to hang out at.

Or favorite place for a coffee and french croissant is El Golosso, with a small shop on the beginning and a bigger one just at the corner of our street), definitly not expensive and good quality
Lunches and pies we love to grab at Canela Cafe, this bar in the middle of the mainstreet, in front of the plaza has like 30 different sandwhiches (bocadillos) on their menu, dinners are big and also reasonably prices under 15€. And for dessert you can find here the fresh, delicious pies from El Dulce Hogar (villaverde).
Pizza you can't miss here at La Cancela Pizzeria, take away or a warm night out, always busy so be intime, have some patience and enjoy a fresh stone oven baked pizza!
Typical local Canarian food you can find at Los Pinchitos, a delicious surfer burger you find in El Arko.
Where to shop?
Lajares has the famous artisanal market on saturday mornings til 14h. At the plaza you will find all local artists with recycled, upcycled and newly created, handmade products. Best place to get a souvenir.
Stitch Craft & Gusty, a shop ones started as a sail stitching/repair shed now creates beautiful bags and accessories made out of recycled/upcycled Windsurf & Kite material, they also have eco friendly sweaters, shirts and hand made headwear. Worth a check up when you are in town.
Surfers will be happy shopping at Magma, from wetsuits and harnesses, boards and paddles to fashion, not the cheapest, and all fine brands, if your into it you'll find your summer or winter outfit right here!
The local flipflops, Island Steps, nowadays made in Mallorca, proper leather flipflops, lasting a long time and comfortable at your feet!
Like vintage? Take a look at Dylans Vintage shop for your pair of old skool jeans, blouses and accessories. The Beach shop next to it offers funny accessories for your house.

With Bus
Coming from the airport you can take the bus to Corralejo and than line 8 to get in Lajares, or if you are in time, catch line 7, coming straight from the capital via different villages to Lajares.
