Balian Beach Villa Rental - Luxury Accommodation

Beach, river and mountain view villa. Located directly in front of the peak at Balian which is one of the most consistent surf breaks in Bali. Newly built to very high specifications this is a luxury 3 bedroom surf villa and has the very best location in Balian with very easy access to the surf break. In addition to the 3 bedroom luxury villa, there is a 1 bedroom guest house giving a total of 4 bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate 8 people. This is the best accommodation in Balian and has excellent access to the surfing beach and balian river.

We provide tea, coffee and drinking water. Villa has cooking facilities and fridge.
Guest house does not have cooking facilities but use of a fridge is provided.
There are restaurants 2 minutes walk from the villa and a cook can be arranged at the villa upon request for additional cost. Traditional balinese market and supermarket is about 1 mile from villa.  

We have a 1mb internet connection which is stable and reliable, but signal strength is poor in villa and areas long distance from router.
Guest house, cocktail bar and some parts of the garden have a good signal.  

No smoking anywhere inside the accommodation. No pets allowed. You are responsible for any damage to property. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not comply with these regulations.

SURF CONDITIONS

We are 20 metres walking distance from the super consistent A frame peak of Balian. This wave breaks both left and right and offers fun long rides. 100 metres up the beach there is an excellent right hander that is always smaller than the A frame peak. Medewi is a 20 metre drive away and offers soft mellow waves with very long rides.

Balian and surrounding area - unrivalled beauty

Balian Beach is one of the most relaxing destinations on Bali. It is famous for it's excellent surf but has much more to offer. It is the place where people come to and don't want to leave. Stay here a few days and you will fall under it's magical spell of peace and beauty.

Some things to do:

1. Walk along the beach or river and watch the local fishermen cast their nets.

2. Yoga classes are available in the village or on the beach. Contact us if you want private yoga classes or surf lessons.

3. Explore the nearby palm groves or rice paddies.

4. Make a pilgramage to the beautiful temple Purah Rambut Siwi which is located on the beach to the west of Balian.

5. Attend a mekepung, one of West Bali’s infamous bull races.

6. Visit West Bali National Park (Taman Nasional Bali Barat in Bahasa Indonesia) is the most north-westerly point of Bali.

7. Visit Jatiluwih rice terraces which is a Unesco world heritage site

8. Drive 25 minues west to the famous Medewi point break

£200 a night to rent 3 bedroom luxury villa. 
£65 a night to rent the guest house.

£265 a night to rent both houses i.e. whole place.  

Minimum stay is 3 nights.

Check in time 1pm, check out time 11am.  

Rooms are cleaned daily. Swimming pool is 10M * 4M.
