Wonderful Holiday It was a wonderful holiday,thanks mainly to Bito's GH ,there is no other structure like this on the island,characterized by great kindness ,they are always ready to help you in every need,they are really special people, they have accompanied us to visit an uninhabited island and we make snorkeling there. They accompanied us to make surf and they always care for our safety explaining us everything about the surf spot,thanks for making us feel specials, we will miss you and we hope to meet you again .

To rest at this guest house was a real pleasure for us!:) The most hospitable, careful and friendly staff who really wants to make your stay as great as it possibly could be. This guest house is owned by a family (family business) so the atmosphere is really home like!
The food is very tasty, fresh and healthy which is professionally coocked - also all food desires are taken into account (tuna steak is simply incredible!).
The rooms, like the guest house in general, are very clean, cozy and spacious with own private bathroom with hot water and conditioning. As for the entertainment, the staff gladly offers surf boards with the surf guidance and surf instructor's services. Also it is possible to go fishing, snorkeling and even swimming with the turtles (for the additional payment) - just let the staff know, they will be happy to help you to diversify your holiday:) As a resume, we spent a great time on Himmafushi and we are sure it would not be that good at another guest house. So once we are back we will definitely book Bito's GH again!:)

Great stay We really enjoyed our stay at Bitos GH. The accommodation is brand new, beautiful and the right place if you want to get to know the local maledivian culture.
You live together with Bitos family, they make awesome breakfast, dinner and they try to fulfil every wish you have.
I can totally recommend you to stay here. Good food, good beds, a nice little garden inside of the guesthouse and awesome people. 2 of our group were surfers and with their boat they drove us every day to the best surf spot (honky‘s) because jailbreaks, the local Surfbreak on Himmafushi, didn’t work well during the low season. You won’t regret it :)

We felt like family We had a great stay and what we liked most is we felt everyone like family.so heart warming welcome,we did not expect at all.it was all extraordinary.
We had a chance to talk with the owner Ali (Bito)such a humble human being,was so interesting to hear his story.
The Maldivian breakfast is so delicious ,actually the food is so good ,they give so much effort to make us feel comfortable and happy. . We want to go there again for sure but for a long holiday.A big thank to Bito’s group..

We loved it Lovely staff! Nice clean homestay, awesome breakfast and coffee. Location is the best on the island, jail break is a great surf break for all levels and its just a short walk away. Reccomend to all! We loved it.

Perfect Location I stayed here for 5 nights. The staffs all respond politely. and they also serve delicious foods. From the GH you can walk to the surf spot ‘Jail Breaking’ nearby. It is a recommended guesthouse for surfers. .
Summary
Opened in February 2018 Bito’s GH is a newly built simple, warm and modern set up with a total of 06 Twin Rooms with AC & En-suite. All the Rooms are designed and furnished for maximum comfort and hot shower is installed in every bathroom. The place features a big garden area, where you can relax, have meals, drinks or take a nap on the Hammocks. The place is located at the Center of the Island, only a short walk to the beach and is the closest to the Island surf spot “jailbreaks”. The place is run solely by a family that will make you feel nothing but love, happiness and part of their family. Whether you want to have American, Western or Malaysian cuisine, or our Local cuisine, the in-house chefs prepares each meals especially with each of you in mind. Fresh Juices will be served during all the meal times. ABOUT THE SURF CAMP
LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS
Our place is located almost at the Center of the Island, the Heart of Himmafushi Island. The place is the closest place to the Island Surf spot 'Jailbreaks'. It would take less than 10 minutes of walk to reach there.
The beach is near too, only 2 minutes of walk away from the place. Nearby the place will be many shops and the newest Sandwich Shop too.
The best Surf conditions for Intermediates and Advanced Surfers are from April to October. Best time for Beginners is September to March.
WAVES / SURF SPOTS
JAILBREAKS
Situated on this Island, you will find a perfect right wave fairly fast that starts off low and growing as it advances. The name is because the break is just in front of the Prison on the Island. This break is probably the fastest wave in the Maldives with long walls and 3 tube sections
- Best Wind: SW | Best Swell: SE
- Skill Level: Intermediate - advanced
- Distance : Reached by walk / 8 mins by boat
FURANA (TOMBSTONES)
Located nearby the Sheraton Full Moon resort. The first break that you see when you’re coming from Airport to this Island. The rights are fairly fickle, until a 2m + SE swell hits with a 12 sec + period, transforming it into one of the best rides.

- Skill level: Intermediate
- Distance: 15 minutes by boat
SULTANS (THANBURUDHOO)
Located in the Island Thanburudhoo, a very fast right-hand wave that works better with a bigger swell and can become very long with swell from the south, best conditions are found with winds from the west and high tide. If Honky’s is onshore, then Sultans will be offshore. An easy right-hander with an inside section which is faster. It is one of the most consistent waves and there will always be something to surf.

HONKYS (THANBURUDHOO)
Located on the same island as Sultans (Thanburudhoo), some consider it the best wave of the Maldives. When the conditions are met, it is a true World Class, that’s for sure! It is a super long, left-hand wave that can double in the second section. It is a fast left at 4-6ft and needs the right swell direction. Worth checking out if sultans are crowded. It is an ideal spot for winter on North-East wind.

- Distance: 8 minutes by boat
NINJAS
Slow right-hander, good for beginners and long-boarders. Presumably named because it’s one of the favorite waves of the Japanese surfers. Best conditions on W-NW winds with a moderate South Swell. However, swells larger than 4ft ruin it.

- Distance: 12 minutes by boat
COKES / COLAS (THULUSDHOO)
Located in the Island Thulusdhoo. This is a right-handed wave recommended for intermediate surfers or experienced surfers when the swell is big. The wave is a hollow and tubular right-hander that breaks over a shallow reef. The wave’s name is due to the Coca-Cola factory operating on the Island Thulusdhoo. Works best with winds from South and North-East

- Distance: 30 minutes by boat
CHICKENS (THULUSDHOO)
Wave located in an uninhabited Island, next to Thulusdhoo Island (on the other side of the channel). This wave holds swell size from 3ft to well over 10ft and provides rides up to 500m long. This is a long left-hand wave with 2 sections where you can easily get barrels on the last section of the wave.

Our Surf Houses are newly built, opened in 2018, with Private Twin Rooms and Private Triple Rooms. The house is the closest to the Island Surf spot 'Jailbreaks'. All the rooms are Air Conditioned and has private bathroom attached. Electric cords are available, heater is attached in all bathrooms. All our rooms are non-smoking.
CATERING
Western meals and local cuisines are provided by our amazing Local Chefs, and are guaranteed to keep you up and about when it matters!
They specialize in a variety of Seafood dishes using fresh produce caught by Locals. You can expect anything from Pasta, Steaks and Grilled Fishes.
All meals come well complemented with a variety of Vegetables, Rice and Fish or Meat along with fresh fruit juice. All high quality, high energy and most importantly Fresh & Healthy.
We provide Breakfasts, Lunch & Dinner which are all included in the Package. Special meals will be provided to Vegetarians or person who are allergic to something. Our Chef prepares each meal especially with each of you in mind. Kitchen use is not allowed, unless its for preparing special meals or drinks to Kids.

JOURNEY / TRANSFER INFORMATION
In Maldives, all the Transfer methods from Island to Island can be done by Speedboats or Dhoani (slowboats).
There are 3 methods of reaching this place.
1) Private Transfer by Chartered Speedboat: Can be arranged anytime you request, we would require your Flight Ticket copy. It will take 20 minutes for the journey, and costs USD 100 per way. We will be at Airport to welcome you.
2) Public Transfer by Scheduled Speedboat: Departs from Male' Jetty number 06. (Male' is the capital city, near Airport). Costs USD 10 per person per way. Your seats must be booked on advance, contact us and get the latest schedule and book your seats. Last one leaves at 22:00 every day.
3) Public Transfer by Local Ferry: Departs everyday at 15:00 from Male' jetty number 01 (Male' is the capital city, near Airport). Costs USD 2 per person per way. It takes 01 hour for the journey.
Important details
Please be informed that there are no ATM in the Island. You have to bring Cash from your home or you can collect cash from the ATM at the Airport. Most of the places like shops and Restaurants accepts US Dollars.
