Between sessions you can chill out at our cozy lounges with a great view of the sea and enjoy a coffee or a cold beer. Or you can grab a bite at the many of the hotel restaurants, or attend one of our many BBQ’s.

Just let us know and we will sort everything out for you. Whether it’s airport transfer, accommodation in one one of the surrounding hotels, picking you up from your beach with our zodiac transfers to our amazing kiting spot, lessons, or rentals.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP
Between Safaga and Soma Bay you have lots of accomodation options to choose from. There are a variety of 5 star hotels or just cozy lodges surrounded by small local shops for your necessities. 

Luckily we are right in close proximity to Safaga and Soma Bay. So no matter where you stay, we can easily pick you up either by car or by one of our boats from your beach.

LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2 & LEVEL 3 COURSE INCLUDES
- Know safe wind directions, the wind window and power zones, kitesurfing conditions and understand hazards
- Setting up the trainer kite and understanding safety systems
- Learn basic flying skills with the trainer kite and master launching and landing
- Setup of 4/5 line kites with full de-power systems and performing pre-flight and inflight checks and settings
- Learn assisted launch and land of 4/5 line kites until you are able to self-land.
- Learn kite control and understand de-power and safety systems.
- Learn water entry and exit independently while safely controlling the kite
- Learn water relaunch and downwind body dragging while keeping the kite controlled and stable, as well as switching positions and direction.
- Learn self-rescue and upwind body dragging for board recovery
- Learn upwind body dragging while holding the board with one hand
- Learn to enter and exit the water safely from the same point while upwind wind body dragging
- Learn the power stroke for a water start and understand safety and theory rules
- Learn to put the board on your feet and maintain the correct position for a water start
- Learn water start in both directions and ride a short distance as well being able to come to a controlled stop
- Learn all the theory about weather forecast, tidal and wind effects as well as determining wind strength, direction and quality and understanding the right of way rules

PACKAGE A  - FROM ZERO TO ALMOST HERO: 2 – 3 Days | STARTING AT €350

This getting started course includes learning safety, weather conditions, kite and power control, launching and landing the kite, body dragging, self-rescue, and water start with a few meters of downwind riding. One thing to keep in mind is that different people learn at a different pace. So if you are a fast learner, you might be able to finish this course much faster and move unto the advanced segment.
This package includes:    
- 6 Lesson course (45 min lessons)
- Transfer by zodiac to and from our spot (platform/boat)
- Transfer to and from hotel in Safaga/Soma Bay Area
- IKO L2 certificate included
- Full gear from Duotone and safety equipment (vest, helmet shoes, wetsuit)
If you’re still feeling that you aren’t there yet, you have the option to take extra lessons for €60 per 45 min lesson.

PACKAGE B  - FROM ZERO TO HERO: 4 – 5 Days | STARTING AT €600 | Get to Upwind Riding

This course includes everything from the beginner Zero to Almost Hero course plus it focuses on water start, riding the first meters and riding comfortably upwind. Once you successfully finish this course, you are ready to starting train on your own without any assistance and try your first tricks. One thing to keep in mind is that different people learn at a different pace. So if you are a fast learner, you might be able to finish this course much faster and start doing your first tricks quicker.
This package includes:
- 12 Lesson course (45 min lessons)
- Transfer by zodiac to and from our spot (platform/boat)
- Transfer to and from hotel in Safaga/Soma Bay Area
- IKO L3 certificate included
- Full gear from Duotone and safety equipment (vest, helmet shoes, wetsuit)
If you’re still feeling that you aren’t there yet, you have the option to take extra lessons for €65 per 45 min lesson.

RENTALS AND FREERIDE

RENT FROM DUOTONE
There is nothing worse than travelling all this way, eager to get on the water and only to realise that you forgot some of your gear at home, or the kite you brought isn’t suitable for the wind conditions. Maybe,you just completed your course, everything is still fresh in your mind and want to get those extra hours of practice on the water. Or maybe you found it too warm for the heavy wetsuit you brought with you, or you had a line break. Lots of maybes and things do happen!

That’s why we have stocked a complete list of all the gear you need from different size kites, boards, wetsuits and harnesses.

Our team will assist you at the center with all the right gear you need for any wind and weather condition. All you need to worry about is having fun!
