We are a team of free-minded surfers passionate about making our and your dream happen: friends, fun, freedom, creativity & lots of good waves in a pristine environment –  these are the pillars, which the Ericeira Soul*Surfers is built upon. While living our dream we are not only thinking of ourselves, but also of our next generation. Therefore it is our goal to support three important matters: Portuguese tradition, Positive Social Impact, Mother Nature.

ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING

Located just behind the world famous surfer´s beach of Ribeira Dílhas and its mighty natural cliffs, the Ericeira-Solusurfers is blessed with excellent ocean view. All of the five rooms have a spacious private terrace, which faces the waterfront. In addition, there are large outdoor beds to enjoy the beautiful view, whilst having full privacy. In case the kids or even the grown-ups need some rest from the sun, watch a movie or play some games, the rooms are equipped with a small TV and a Play Station and there are many board games to offer.

The Palm Tree Apartment: (for 2 - 6 ppl.) offers a separate entrance and a private Palm Tree Garden from which you can enjoy partial ocean view. You will have 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bath room, a spacious living room which leads to the wooden deck in your private garden, with hammock. The pool is just a view steps away, on the other side of the house and there is a gate between your private space and the common pool area.

Ocean Blue Room: private room on the first floor, with direct ocean view (also from your bed and hammock;) - big private balcony - spacious room, with sitting area, inside and outside. The bathroom is to be shared, our cleaning lady and staff come everyday to make sure the common areas are clean and nicely in order.

Lavender Lover Room: private room on first floor, with very big veranda, with sitting area, chilling area and partial ocean view as well as view towards pool. The bathroom is to be shared, our cleaning lady and staff come everyday to make sure the common areas are clean and nicely in order.

Jungle Room: private room with big balcony and direct ocean view, also from the bed and the hammock. The bathroom is to be shared, our cleaning lady and staff come everyday to make sure the common areas are clean and nicely in order.

Aquarium Room: private room on the ground floor, with veranda, with sitting area, chilling area and and a little bit of ocean view (very partial),  as well as view towards pool. You could jump into the pool from your room´s window (; The bathroom is to be shared, our cleaning lady and staff come everyday to make sure the common areas are clean and nicely in order.

You have access to a fully furnished kitchen and the cozy pool area, with sunbeds, lots of pillows and a big barbecue.

Ways to get to the camp

Driving directions from Lisbon Portela AirportWebsiteDirections (LIS)

Leave the airport on Av. Berlim

Turn left on Av. Cidade do Porto and follow the signs towards highway E1 direction A1 Norte/A8 Oeste/A12 Sul

Take exit 14 on IC17/CRIL towards A8 Oeste (that is roughly 700 meters after driving on the highway and passing the Burger King, on your right hand side, as well as passing underneath the highway bridge)

Take the exit towards A8 direction Leiria/Loures and follow that road for 16 kilometers

Take exit 5 towards N8/Mafra/Malveira and follow the highway A21 until the end

After passing the toll take the second exit at the roundabout, towards Ribeira Dílhas

Follow the road that leads you downhill for roughly 1 kilometers (pass one smaller roundabout) until you get to the big roundabout with a surfer riding a tube. You can already see the ocean from the roundabout.

Take the first exist towards the Casal do cardio (there is a sign indicating this name, which is the name of the neighborhood).

Take the first left on Avenida Colinas do Atlantico

Take the first right (uphill)

Take the first left. That is already the road, Rua Maria Guiomar Carvalho Miranda. 

Go almost until the end of the road.

Ericeira-Soulsurfers is on your right hand side, number 56. There are lots of palm trees in the garden and Ericeira-Soulsurfers is the only house on the street with blue gates.

Arrival by bus

A cheap and convenient way to get from Lisbon to Ericeira is taking the public bus. Leaving from Campo Grande in Lisbon, there is a direct connection to Ericeira´s town center (main bus station). First bus departs at 06:27 and buses operate until around 11:40. The bus ride takes between 45 minutes (fast bus) and 85 minutes.

Coming from Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS), just catch a Metro to Campo Grande (you will have to change metros once) and get on the direct bus to Ericeira (main bus station). Campo Grande is one of the main metro and bus stations in Lisbon. From there, you can get onto the yellow and the green metro line, which takes you to the heart of the city within 20 minutes. 

From Ericeira Bus Terminal to the Ericeira-Soulsurfers, it´s best to take a taxi. You might want to ask the man at the bus terminal. The whole trip (airport - Campo Grande - Ericeira Bus Terminal - taxi to the Ericeira-Soulsurfers) takes up to three or four hours, depending on how lucky you are with catching a bus straight away.
