Imsouane Surf House, your home away from home, is 1-minute walk from the world-famous Magic Bay surf spot perfect for longboarders and beginners and  3-minute walk from the intermediate and shortboard wave known as Cathedral. Along the way to these beautiful beaches, you’ll find small grocery shops, beach cafés, and restaurants. 

Surf spots in Imsouane:

The Bay (La Baie)
This is the main surf spot in Imsouane, known for its long, peeling waves and mellow point break.It offers both left and right-hand waves, making it suitable for surfers of all levels.
Cathedral Point
Located at the southern end of Imsouane Bay, Cathedral Point offers powerful and fast waves, making it a favourite among experienced surfers.The waves here can be challenging but rewarding for those seeking a thrilling surf session.
The Point (La Pointe)
Situated at the northern end of Imsouane Bay, The Point is known for its long, fast, and hollow waves. It is a favourite spot for experienced surfers looking for more challenging waves.
The Reef  (Le Reef)
Located outside of Imsouane Bay, The Reef is a reef break that offers powerful and fast waves. It is suitable for experienced surfers who are looking for more advanced and challenging surf conditions. These are just a few of the surf spots in Imsouane.

OWNER 
Brahim Habib Allah, the founder of ProSurf Morocco, is a true ocean enthusiast and dedicated surfer. His journey in the world of surfing began during his teenage years and his unwavering passion drove him to become the top-ranked surfer in the Moroccan Championship. Since 2013 he had a growing desire to share his love for the sport and introduce others to the joy of riding waves. In 2014 he established first Pro Surf Camp in Tamraght which has been running successfully till today. In 2022 he embarked on an exciting new venture: the construction of Pro Surf Imsouane Villa and Yoga Camp in another stunning location. Completed in 2023 new Villa is now open, inviting guests to immerse in warm, welcoming and family atmosphere.

MANAGER & HOST
Redwan will be your host at Pro Surf. He's always here for you and ready to help. He creates a pleasant atmosphere with a playlist of his uplifting music and good mood. Let Redwan take care of you!
INSTRUCTOR
Meet Anwar, head coach of Surf Camp. With his expertise and positive energy he will guide you through surf sessions. He will keep you motivated and will be always ready to assist you with surfboard selection, surf tips and conditions. 
CHEF
Our lovely Karima will cook you best traditional meals that you can imagine. She uses different spices to create fantastic tajines. She takes care about the quality and taste of our foof and whenever it's possible she supports our local shops and farmers.

Brahim, the owner of Pro Surf, meticulously and with attention to every detail renovated the building where our surf camp is now located. At our bohemian and cozy hostel we offer you two double rooms, one twin room, two triple rooms and two dorms. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom for your convenience and some of them have balcony with ocean view. Fresh towels, bed linens and WiFi is provided in each room.

CATERING

Depending on the purchased packages we serve breakfast, lunch on the beach and dinner for our guests. Our wonderful chefs prepare every meal with love, which you can feel in every bite. We want our guests to feel taken care of in every way, so if you are a vegetarian, vegan or allergic to something, let us know and we will make sure that you get a meal according to your needs.
BREAKFAST
For breakfast we usually have fresh fruit salad, various types of eggs, breads, oatmeal, yogurt and our favourite Moroccan pancakes and amlou (traditional peanut butter) served with tea and coffee. 
LUNCH
We know how important a nutritious meal is after a two-hour long surfing lesson, so our cooks usually prepare sandwiches or various types of lunch boxes served with water and fruit. 
DINNER
We love our slow dinners in a family atmosphere, so get ready for a real Moroccan feast with such specialities as tajine, couscous, fresh salads, typical breads and various additions such as spreads, pasta and roasted vegetables. After dinner, enjoy your fresh mint tea and dessert on our terrace overlooking the bay.

For surf packages and classes we provide neoprene wetsuits and great selection of surfboards for beginners and intermediates surfers. In our selection we have softtop boards as well as hardtop and different sizes of boards.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

EXTRA PAID ACTIVITIES SANDBOARDING AT THE DUNES 
Enjoy a half day trip to the big sand dunes of Agadir. In the dunes you can try Sandboarding as the large, rolling dunes provide an ideal terrain for the sport. After sandboarding we can gather around a bonfire in the dunes, while enjoying the sunset surrounded by the beautiful desert landscape.

MOROCCAN HAMMAM
Moroccan hammam, also known as a traditional public bathhouse, is a place where people can go to relax, cleanse and socialize. Going to a Moroccan hammam after surfing can be a great way to relax and rejuvenate the body. The heat and steam of the hammam can help to soothe sore muscles and joints, while the scrub and soap treatments can help to remove salt, sand, and other impurities from the skin. The massage services offered in the hammam can also be very beneficial for surfers who may have strained their muscles while catching waves.

ESSAUIRA DAY TRIP 
Get to know the unique history, culture and heritage of Essaouira on a one day trip from Imsouane. Essaouira is a coastal town in western Morocco, known for its well-preserved 18th-century medina (old town), traditional architecture, and vibrant arts and crafts scene. There you can visit the city’s ramparts and citadel, browse the local markets and artisanal shops, and enjoy the beaches. The city also offers a variety of cultural and historical sites such as the Moulay Hassan Square, the Skala de la Ville and the Slah Ben Abdallah Museum. It has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2001. For lunch you can try some fresh fish as Essaouira is well known for its delicious seafood. You can find many seafood restaurants in the port area where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood caught by the local fisherman, some of them even let you pick your own fish to be cooked for you.

Breaks directly at the main spot and at nearby spots
Depending on the spot that we will be surfing on, we can distinguish places with point break as The Bay and The Point, reef break (Le Reef) 
Seasonal conditions
Described as having a semi-arid climate, Morocco is known for having cool winters and hot summers. The average temperature for the country between November and January is around 14 degrees Celcius while in the summer months (June- August) around 23 degrees Celcius. Because of this, the best time to surf in Morocco is between late September and April. Although Imsouane is known for having good conditions for surfing throughout the year.
Crowd factor and local people
During high season Imsouane can be pretty crowded with a lot of surfing schools around and some locals coming by. But mellow, long right-handed waves are totally worth the crowdedness. After all, it is one of the longest waves in Morocco! Don't worry about local surfers they are nice and kind and willing to share the waves.

Characterization of surroundings/region
Imsouane is a small town and rural commune in Agadir-Ida Ou Tanane Prefecture, Souss-Massa, Morocco. Located about 80 km from Agadir and 100 km from Essauira. Take cash with you as in many places you can't pay with card. The official currency is Moroccan dirhams. 

Activities and facilities
As Imsouane is a very small village that has recently become famous among a wider audience, the possibilities of spending time here are limited to surfing, visiting local cafes, restaurants and shops and simply enjoying the wonderful seaside climate and breathtaking views. But what more could you want. If you want, you can always rent a car or take a taxi to visit other cities nearby.

Ways to get to the camp
We will arrange a taxi lift which will take you from Agadir or Essaouira Airport to the surf camp and we will do the same for your departure. Both are included in the package price. In case you’re coming just for a couple of days, we can still arrange a taxi to pick you up at the airport but it will not be included in the price (70€ each way). If you arrive at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) the direct transfer to the camp will cost 150€. Otherwise you can choose to take a bus to Essaouira or Agadir bus station and we will pick you up there.
