CAMP OPERATOR
I started my Yoga journey 20 years ago with Iyengar Yoga and over the years I have practiced many forms of yoga. In 2006 my husband gifted me with the incredible Yoga Shala of Turtle Cove which offered me the opportunity to further expand my passion for yoga. In 2015 I became a qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, as taught by Yogi Bhajan and have been teaching in our shala since then. I am a trained reflexologist and qualified Reiki practitioner and founded Halo Gaia Holistic Travel in 2001. I enjoyed 10 years of swimming with wild dolphins and have been engaged in various forms of transformation, women circles and healing modalities from Re-birthing, Family Constellations, Sound therapy, Egyptian Alchemy, Mindfulness and Ancestral healing for the past two decades.
In Kundalini Yoga I found a technology which not only keeps my body strong, flexible and healthy, but it deeply nourishes my soul and heart. It brings me immense joy to share the gifts of Kundalini Yoga to students who are eager to transform and explore all aspects of their being.
I teach Kundalini Yoga weekly in our Yoga Shala and Breath Awareness and Meditation at the Kingfisher Lake International Children’s College in Mozambique.

Our accommodation is rustic, yet comfortable and cool with luxurious mosquito nets and quality linen. Our family friendly accommodation consists of 12 Chalets. All rooms are en-suite and consist of double or twin beds, mosquito nets, bed linen and bath towels.

Serving a wide variety of delicious vegan, vegetarian and clean eating meals, specialising in beautiful brunches, healthy smoothies, green juices and raw vegan desserts.

Turtle Cove’s Gaia Tree Yoga Shala offers yogis an inspiring and tranquil space perfect for both individual and large group practice against the backdrop of our lush Palm Tree Gardens. We host daily yoga classes for all levels of experience, and offer weekly chanting and Sadhana sessions in addition to running a vibrant programme of yoga retreats in a variety of styles of yoga.
