SURF COURSE DETAILS

We offer lessons for beginners and intermediate levels. Our trained suf coaches are of the highest standards and will get you riding the waves quickly and safely. They love sharing their knowledge and they guide you hands on through the entire class. The instructors will explain the theory and execute the practice throughout the course. The guests will initially surf in the white waters and eventually catch some green waves for a great surfing experience! If you wish to keep practicing and improve your surfing after class, you can use the surf gear as much as you like.
With a surf coach for every 3 people we can ensure that you master the basics to get you confident in the water and ensure that you recieve the coaching you need.

Olón has some of the best beach breaks in the country and great point breaks spots within the range of 10km. All of these surfing options work with various swell exposures as well as wind and tide conditions. This combined with season changes in surfing conditions in Olón area, make up for an amazing year round surfing region.

Characterization of surroundings/region

Olón is a lay back, small town, located on the pacific coast 2.5 hours North of Guayaquil airport and just 5 minutes away from the vibrant surf town of Montañita. The beach itself is broad and sandy, offering the perfect surf conditions with beach breaks left and right and a promenade with restaurants, kiosks, sun loungers and shading. There are lifeguards during high season and on some low season weekends. Here you can be lucky enough to swim with dolphins, see some whales and turtles and admire humming birds. It is an uprising village with more restaurants opening every year, but still retaining its quiet and authentic vibe. It’s the perfect place to discover an amazing country and to explore your inner beautiful self.
