The Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes are designed to all different levels, to make you feel able to enjoy one hour class according to your abilities. Increasing strength and flexibility, reducing anxiety and stress, can be a perfect combination to improve your surf performance or simply the relax time of your holidays.

SURF CONDITIONS
Seasonal conditions
In Ericeira the best time to learn how to surf is from April, until the end of October.
However, you can still learn how to surf throughout the other months of the year.
JOURNEY
Ways to get to the camp
Arrive at Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS). Ericeira is 45km from the airport.
PRIVATE TRANSFER:
Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request.
Cost 1-4 pax 60€ (from 8h to 20h) one way
Cost 4-8 pax 90€ (from 8h to 20h) one way
+ surcharge 20€ (from 20h to 8h)
ARRIVAL BY BUS:
From the airport, there is a sub-way taking you to Campo Grande Bus Terminal.
From Campo Grande Bus Terminal there buses leaving to Ericeira frequently.
*please note that timetables change in summer/winter.
Bus costs around 7 EUR and takes 90 minutes.
Once you arrive in Ericeira, it is a 5min drive to the house, we can pick you from the bus station.
ARRIVAL BY CAR:
From Lisbon to Ericeira you take 45min.
At the airport follow A1 highway North, after about 1.5 kms fallow IC 17, 2kms ahead there is a tunel keep your right and you´ll find, direction A8, follow A8 until km 18 and turn right to Mafra – Malveira. Will go through A21 to Ericeira as you get of, on the first round about go to Ericeira.
