LOCATION AND SURF CONDITIONS

The Costa Vicentina offers history, adventure, nature and experiences for those who visit. There are spaces and scenery for a foot, horse, bicycle, balloon or boat. You can taste a regional gastronomy, enjoy the best views and fresh air, know the deserted beaches and the natural parks. Extreme sports and experiences in the air, water or on land.
A 20 acre property located on the SW Algarve 5 minutes away from Aljezur on an agricultural reserve.  Fruit trees, and beautiful landscapes of the sunset and sea on the horizon. It is situated at a 5-10 km radius of Praia de Odeceixe, Praia de Vale dos Homens, Praia da Carriagem, and Praia da Amoreira.
Surf Conditions are prone to have always a beach with conditions for beginners, intermeddiate and advanced. There is a lot of choice with sand or rocky pointbreak.

ACCOMMODATION TYPES

A two bedroom apartment with a private kitchen and shared bathroom featuring 90 square meters and private patio.
Spacious and great to have a good time. With 80 square meters, kitchen, small room, bathroom, living room with tv and the top floor with a king size bed. From the loft you have perfect view, the combination of the nature and the sea. A very peaceful place where you can relax and enjoy yourself. Ideal for young couples. A sofa bed available and extra bed available upon request for the kids.
We have two zones of arranged ground inside the fruit trees farm and pinetrees where you can place your tent or rent one of ours. An outdoor bathroom and shower is provided. Check our media gallery too see the pictures.

Breaks directly at the main spot and at nearby spots
Odeceixe goes very well through all summer and then majorly on chritmas, easter and carnival times.

Seasonal conditions
You will need a wetsuit on winter, summer you can last for an hour if you are always moving on sunny days

Crowd factor and local people
Crowd there s some but never too much only on some occasions n the summer, and there is always another beach to escape the crowd
