My name is Elisabete Junqueira and I dedicate myself exclusively to Rex Surf House.
We received the first guests in September 2018.
We have partnerships with companies in the region and we organize activities that you want to do during your stay: surfing, diving in the Berlengas, kart, yoga, horse riding, visit to Dino Parque, trip to Berlengas, plane rides and more, much more...

Rex Surf House has no shared spaces, the entire villa is just for your group/family!

In a typical Portuguese village with an excellent view of the sea!

With a maximum capacity of 9 people, Rex Surf House provides those who visit us with a welcoming and familiar environment.

Spacious and bright rooms with the essentials to make you feel at home. Towels and bed linen provided. Different types of pillows available.

Different accommodation possibilities:

1 bedroom with 3 single beds,

1 bedroom with double bed,

2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, your choice.

Available on request 2 extra child beds and a cot.

In the living room there is 1 sofa bed that can accommodate one more guest.

3 bathrooms

Fully equipped kitchen.

Free public parking and free private parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Outdoor pool.

Internet and Meo Fibra TV (in the kitchen and living room).

Hair dryer.

Electrical adapter is necessary.

You can only smoke outdoor.

Rex Surf House does not provide meals but we have a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your meals.

There is a mini market less than a 2-minute walk away.

There are also several restaurants nearby.

Surf lessons are given by UP Rise Surf Portugal.

you can choose:

- 1 Surf Class
- 1 Light Course (5 lessons)
- 1 Full Course (10 lessons - 2 lessons per day)

All material will be provided. The location and timing of the course will depend on the weather conditions.

There is also the possibility of renting the material.

Breaks directly at the main spot and at nearby spots

Nearby spots, sand or reef break, Praia da Areia Branca at 700m, Peniche and Baleal at 15km.

Seasonal conditions

We are in the West Region and the great advantage of this region is the geographical shape of its coast, regardless of the swell and wind direction, there are always several spots available that allow us to choose the type of waves we want to surf.

Crowd factor and local people

Very quiet and safe area, usually with few people. With faryplay on the waves :)

Located in the village of Seixal 700m from Praia da Areia Branca, 67 km north of Lisbon, 14 km south of Peniche and just 3 km from Lourinhã.

Rex Surf House maintains a valid multi-risk civil liability insurance that protects you from your assets and claims within the scope of your local accommodation activity, determining the liability of Rex Surf House, and which covers risks of fire and property and non-property damage caused to guests and third parties, arising from the activity of providing accommodation services.
